Dip or Treat Sweepstakes

Official Rules

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.

Sponsor

The Dip or Treat Sweepstakes ("Sweepstakes") is sponsored by Dip Sustainable Hair Care ("Dip").

Sweepstakes Period

The Sweepstakes begins October 1, 2026 and ends October 31, 2026.

Each participating retailer will establish a posted ticket entry deadline on October 31 before conducting its random drawing later that day.

Eligibility

Open to legal U.S. residents age 18 or older. Void where prohibited.

How to Enter

Visit any participating Dip or Treat retailer during the Sweepstakes Period and request a Dip or Treat Sweepstakes Ticket.

No purchase is necessary.

Each eligible visitor may receive one (1) ticket per participating store, per visit, per day during the Sweepstakes Period.

Complete the ticket with the requested contact information and deposit it into that store's Dip or Treat drawing before the posted deadline.

A purchase does not provide an additional ticket or increase the chances of winning.

Prize

Each participating retailer will randomly award one (1) $100 gift certificate redeemable at that participating retailer.  Dip will purchase this from your local store to support them.

Approximate Retail Value: $100.

Winner Selection

One winner will be randomly selected from all eligible tickets received at each participating retailer.

The drawing will take place on October 31, 2026, local time to retailer.

Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible tickets received at that participating location.

Winner Notification

The selected winner will be contacted using the information provided on the ticket.  Winner will be contacted directly by the store.  Dip will not contact the winners.

If the selected winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, declines the prize, or does not respond within seven (7) days, an alternate winner may be selected by random drawing.

Limitations

Limit one (1) ticket per person, per day, per participating retailer.

Duplicate, altered, incomplete, illegible, or fraudulent tickets are void.

Optional Social Sharing

Visitors are encouraged to tell friends about participating stores or share their visit on social media.

Sharing on social media, tagging Dip or a retailer, following accounts, or making a purchase is entirely optional and does not provide an additional ticket or increase the odds of winning.

Privacy

Information collected through the Sweepstakes will be used solely to administer the promotion and notify winners unless a participant separately chooses to join a marketing list.

General Conditions

By participating, entrants agree to these Official Rules and to the decisions of Dip regarding administration of the Sweepstakes.

Dip reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Sweepstakes if necessary to preserve the fair administration of the promotion and in accordance with applicable law.
