We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. Our customers have been our best source of authentic excitement and since we know these are pricey bars, we want to allow you to try them risk free.

At Dip, we've poured several years of dedication, testing on all different hair types, and selecting a chemist with 40 years of experience creating salon products into crafting what we firmly believe to be the ultimate solid hair care products available.

Sometimes, because the application is a little different from other bar brands or traditional bottled shampoos, there is a learning curve.  If you need any help, we are here for you!

Terms and Conditions:

To qualify for our return policy, purchases must have been made through dipalready.com --we cannot refund items purchases from a 3rd party vendor.

If, within 30 days of delivery, if you find our product doesn't align with your desires, kindly contact us. If your concern remains unresolved, a return label will be issued.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

In the event of an incorrect purchase that remains unopened, you have the option to return it to us. We will issue a credit or refund minus shipping costs. You will be responsible for return postage, and the items must remain untouched.

 Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.  Photos are key.  


Exceptions / non-returnable items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
