"I love these things. The design is brilliant. My favorite feature is being able to put the coaster on top of the bottom of the container for elevated drainage-- it's awesome! I find the large containers to be a bit less fussy with lid tightness than the mini versions, although those are totally fine if you just use a hair tie. I think that ultimately, I'd love these in a different compostable material that is a bit lighter and slimmer-- I believe that the company is hoping to find something else truly home-compostable, if I remember correctly? But even if that never happens, I'd buy these again. Obviously, because this is the second set :-) Note: the first set is going strong but was a gift. I've been coveting these for like a year for myself because my mom has loved them through multiple international trips :-) They pack really well for her even though she's an ultra-minimalist, personal-item-only traveler. So yes, they could be smaller and lighter in another material. But if a 60 year-old woman can fit the full-sized versions in a 15L backpack, I think that the rest of us will do just fine ;-)"

"I used these before I bought the rack, and they are convenient! Just a little cumbersome in the shower if you don't have enough room or counter space to place it down & then the lid, make sure its on tight etc. . I purchased both the large S&C and small S&C travel cases- and something I noticed is that I burn through shampoo way faster than the conditioner bars (normal and travel size), so what I do now is use the large travel case for my shampoo, and the small travel case for my conditioner! It may look a little lopsided but its the best route for me and I don't feel like I have to cheat my hair of a good shampoo bc I'm not worried about running out while I'm away from home. Win-win! (Also I love the drip trays that come in the travel cases, I wish I could purchase one for my shampoo bar for the shower rack!)"
