Shipping Policy
We are a small business that respects the time of our employees and our manufacturer.
What that means -- your orders will be processed and ready to ship usually within 3 business days, Monday - Friday, but we will not require anyone on the team to hustle outside of business hours to do so.
That being said, shipping is never free (for any business) but we will gladly pick up the tab if your order exceeds $50.00 (USA ONLY)

Lost Packages :(
They're a heartbreaker -- for both parties, so we will handle these on an individual basis.
Before you come at us all angry, remember that once the package safely leaves our facility with its tracking number & goes into the wild west of the USPS, it is out of our control. We don't want anyone to have your package except for you!
We are on the same team and will work it out :)
Try and be home when the package is expected--especially in high theft zones!

We have a 30-day return window, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Subscription Policy
We do not offer returns on any subscription purchases. You may cancel or modify the delivery frequency anytime. Our customers have been our best source of authentic excitement and since we know these are pricey bars, we ask that you try them risk free, before committing to a subscription plan, or the Dip Shampoo Triplet.
At Dip, we've poured several years of dedication, testing on all different hair types, and selecting a chemist with 40 years of experience creating salon products into crafting what we firmly believe to be the ultimate solid hair care products available.
Sometimes, because the application is a little different from other bar brands or traditional bottled shampoos, there is a learning curve. If you need any help, we are here for you!

Terms and Conditions:
To qualify for our return policy, purchases must have been made through dipalready.com --we cannot refund items purchases from a 3rd party vendor.
If, within 30 days of delivery, if you find our product doesn't align with your desires, kindly contact us. If your concern remains unresolved, a return label will be issued.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
In the event of an incorrect purchase that remains unopened, you have the option to return it to us. We will issue a credit or refund minus shipping costs. You will be responsible for return postage, and the items must remain untouched.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Photos are key.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards, Dip Shampoo Triplet or any products purchased through a subscription.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
